Starting over AGAIN

As you can tell by the date of my last post, my regimen did not stick, and I went all winter without taking proper care of myself. That needs to change!!!
The doctor has had me change to doing 2 - 40 unit shots of Lantus a day instead of the one shot of 70 units I was taking. Ideally they should be 12 hours apart. I have not been very successful yet because I keep forgetting to take my shot during the day.
I am also seeing a therapist to try and learn some behavior modification techniques.
Oh boy... now I have to hurry up and do my taxes!

I have been slacking for a few months because of a new band I have joined, and a corporate takeover that happened at where I work. PShift bought VTLink, and totally changed everything that made it a good job... they are liars and rip-offs! I am now unemployed so I should have more time to take care of myself.
