As you can tell, I have not posted in quite a long time.
I have been through some very difficult times... one of them was being thrown out of my house because my girlfriend wanted to start screwing around...and me living there would cramp her style.
It is amazing how a girl can make up a BS story, and have a man thrown out of his own house....on just her word! They don't even require proof....they just take what the girl says as fact. Then I got to PAY the cops $25.00 and hour for watching me move my stuff out of my home.....so she could be a slut in peace in our once happy home!!!
Anyways, I moved back to Ohio and it took me quite some time to find a decent job, and get my own place again. I am even in a band again!
That which does not kill me can only make me stronger!

Starting over AGAIN

As you can tell by the date of my last post, my regimen did not stick, and I went all winter without taking proper care of myself. That needs to change!!!
The doctor has had me change to doing 2 - 40 unit shots of Lantus a day instead of the one shot of 70 units I was taking. Ideally they should be 12 hours apart. I have not been very successful yet because I keep forgetting to take my shot during the day.
I am also seeing a therapist to try and learn some behavior modification techniques.
Oh boy... now I have to hurry up and do my taxes!

I have been slacking for a few months because of a new band I have joined, and a corporate takeover that happened at where I work. PShift bought VTLink, and totally changed everything that made it a good job... they are liars and rip-offs! I am now unemployed so I should have more time to take care of myself.
