Waking BG ~ 205
I screwed up and didn't eat all day at work... I really have a hard time sticking to a schedule...it SUX!
But I did manage to eat a healthy dinner:
2 fish fillets... 2 grams
Shells and cheese... 49 grams (oops)
Terriyaky Vegetables... 7 grams
58 grams carbs for dinner
Also.... I went for a walk at 10:30-11 pm under an awesome full moon!
