Tuesday, April 11 ~ Waking BG of 54!
I had a bowl of cereal, and went ahead and put the high-carb creamer and sugar in my coffee since I was hypo.
Lunch ~ 2 slices of bread... 18 grams
2 slices Pepper Jack cheese and some chicken salad spread... about 10 grams
Plus coffee with a little sugar and creamer...
About 35 grams of carbs for lunch
Dinner ~ 38 grams of carbs
popcorn for late nite snack
Had another wicked headache
